By installing and using YouTube Studio Assistant ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

YouTube Studio Assistant is a browser extension that provides AI-powered content generation and translation tools for YouTube creators. The Extension integrates with YouTube Studio to help users:

  • Generate video titles, descriptions, and tags using AI
  • Translate video metadata to 110+ languages
  • Create thumbnails
  • Optimize content for search engines

3. License and Usage

3.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required for the trial.

3.2 Paid License

After the trial period, a lifetime license is required for continued use. The license is:

  • One-time payment (no recurring fees)
  • Valid for unlimited personal use
  • Non-transferable
  • Includes free updates

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide your own API keys for AI services (Gemini, OpenAI, DeepSeek)
  • Use the Extension in compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service
  • Not use the Extension for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the Extension
  • Keep your license key confidential

5. API Keys and Third-Party Services

The Extension requires API keys from third-party AI providers. You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining and managing your own API keys
  • Any costs associated with API usage
  • Complying with the terms of service of AI providers

6. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of PT. Hoybee Creativs Digital. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Extension for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accuracy of AI-generated content
  • Compatibility with all systems or browsers
  • Specific results or outcomes

8. Limitation of Liability

PT. Hoybee Creativs Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Extension, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or content
  • YouTube account issues
  • API costs or overages
  • Business interruption

9. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product and the free trial period, all sales are final. We encourage users to fully evaluate the Extension during the 7-day trial before purchasing.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

11. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Extension and delete all copies.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
